CBI Executive Performance Coaches serve as facilitators, motivators, consultants and sounding boards dealing with business goals, professional interactions and self management issues. While behaviour change and understanding of one's own mindset is a primary focus, the coach's role is not that of a therapist. It is not about deep personal exploration, but does involve insightful critical thinking to doing things differently to achieve desired results.

These events provide people with the opportunity to sample our programs and products as well as network with industry peers.
Executive Peak Performance
The CBI Executive Peak Performance program specifically targets leadership development, personal development training and reproducable KPI delivery. The Executive Peak Performance Program is our primary performance program and encompasses all of the core components of our work. It consists of a series of structured interactions between Performance Partner and client that elevates their effectiveness in their role.
CBI differs from traditional professional performance coaching in that we offer our team thorough training in personal development tools – both behavioural and psychological.
Accountability program
When clients complete their Peak Performance Program, continuing the partnership and teamwork in a structure that compliments the client's working month, is time friendly and supports your planning and execution of strategies is the ideal solution to prevent the inevitable lessening of momentum that occurs after a coaching structure ends.
Continual access to an executive performance partner will make available a key business resource for the client's future. We call this a CBI Executive Personal Resource.
CBI Executive Team Training
Our team training workshops have been developed to expand the essential components of performance across an organization. Our clients receive so much value from their programs that they wish to share one or a number of the training components with their team.
Our team trainings take our core program elements and make them available in a team setting over a number of weeks.
CBI Partner's specialty program for management and executive development is led by Emily Diamond.
Emily is trained in a variety of "Change methods" and Management skills and is continually seeking and finding new ways to serve each individual client, the business they are in, and mapping the pathway to their results. Master Certified in NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnosis, Coaching, Consulting, NeuroRepatterning and Training and Assessment.
She combines her training in behavioural change, psychology, DISC profiling, coaching, consulting and the Demartini Method with a range of business and performance management tools in her design of the CBI Executive Performance programs.
