As a successful Business Coach, Nick has an extensive operations and marketing background working with a number of well established companies in South East Queensland as well as large multinational companies, both in Australia and overseas.

Through his work with these companies, Nick has developed a diverse skill set that transfers extremely well to his field of business as a business coach for small and medium enterprises.

Completing his university degree in Australia and Canada, Nick holds a Bachelor of Commerce specialising in Marketing and International Business.

At the completion of his degree, Nick's thirst for a challenging and fulfilling role lead him to Dubai where he became the Advertising Account Manager for Emirates Airlines responsible for twelve countries in the Middle East. With principles that aligned very closely with his own, Nick thrived in these roles, gaining invaluable knowledge which he has built on with subsequent roles he has undertaken.

One of these roles was as the National Promotions Manager for the Coca-Cola Company in Saudi Arabia. In this role, Nick created, developed and implemented numerous national consumer promotions before taking on the position of State Marketing Operations Manager. In this position, Nick oversaw all sales and marketing operations and budgets for a fleet of 200 plus vehicles and drivers. In addition, he also executed the in-store and merchandising campaigns for over 7,500 retail outlets.

Transferring back to Australia after 5+ years in the Middle East, Nick accepted the role of National Marketing Manager for the McDonalds Coca-Cola account for Australia and the Pacific Islands. Nick was able to successfully develop and implement strategies to grow volume and profit for McDonalds and Coca-Cola Nationally, before seeking further challenges and creating his own company, Reside Australia. It was early on in the development phase of his own small business, Nick employed the services of a business coach.

After approximately 18 months and the guidance of his coach, Nick and his wife Sylvi built a very successful property management business on the Gold Coast which employed over 4 staff and had a turnover in excess of $300,000 in management fees. Having created an asset value in excess of his expectations, and been fully inspired by the role played by his business coach, Nick sold the company and embarked on his own business coaching career.

Since then, Nick has completed extensive work with Landmark Education, recognised as one of the top leadership and development training programs in the world and has lead world class programs in the area of Leadership Development. Having coached in excess of 250 clients both in groups and one on one, Nick has an astute awareness of the elements and tools needed to develop and strengthen a company, namely through sales/marketing, systemising and empowering people. Coupled with his aptitude for forging rewarding relationships and understanding with clients, Nick has a wealth of knowledge to impart on any business seeking to maximize their profit, long term business success and overall business and leadership potential.
